The standard price for a prefab home is $450 p/m2 turnkey ready.
It comes with standard sliding doors, sliding windows, water and electrical installation, high traffic vinyl floor covering,
standard bathroom facilities i.e. toilet, sink with mirror, shower and tiled wet room.

Yes, the warranty consists of a 15-year manufacturer’s warranty on the profiles and walls.
Also a 2-year warranty on workmanship from the date of completion
approximately 8 weeks for a simple building.
