Who are we?
Mannsurs Construction is a leader company in steel construction business in Suriname ,founded in Paramaribo in 1975. PTS NV has produced buildings, homes and steel construction structures in Suriname and French Guyana, which are of high quality production standards in Suriname and in the World. Mid 2017 Prefabricated Technologies Suriname N.V. was founded.

What are prefab buildings?
Prefabricated building is a type of building that consists of several factory built components or units that are assembled on-site to complete the building. “Prefabricated” refer to buildings built in components, modules or transportable sections before installed on-site.
Our prefab buildings are complete with windows, doors, standard sanitary facilities, Electrical and water installations. Tiles in bathrooms and terrace. High traffic vinyl floor covering for all other rooms.

Warranty
Our warranty guarantees
1.
10 Years Structural Warranty For a period of 10 years
starting the day of installation of the project. PTS NV will warrant their products against structural failure. This warranty covers any structural defects or failures with the steel constructions
2.
One (1) year workmanship
Warranty 1 years workmanship warranty from the date of installation During the warranty
period PTS NV. Will repair or replace, at no charge products are parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use or maintenance
3.
Exclusions
Not covered is damage caused by misuse/abuse or physically damaged, non-factory set-up issues, lack of proper maintenance, improper repairs by someone else or improper site preparation. The warranty doesn’t cover replacement of products. Further excluded are deterioration, fire, wear, damage caused by acts of God (winds, floods and high humidity), and moisture intrusion or mold growth. Our warranties and after sales service are just one way we offer extended peace of mind to every one of our customers.
